UseReno Inc. provides professional home renovation and construction services. All services are provided based on:

• Detailed written quotations provided after in-person assessment
• Signed contracts with clearly defined scope of work
• Estimated timelines and project costs
• Standard construction practices and applicable building codes

4. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations provided by UseReno Inc. are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. Any changes to the original agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

5. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure a project date. Payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in work suspension until payment is received. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will be assessed based on work completed, materials ordered, and labor costs incurred. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

UseReno Inc. warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner according to the scope outlined in your contract. Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our service warranty. Our workmanship warranty is valid for one year from project completion.

8. Liability Limitations

UseReno Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the total contract amount. We carry comprehensive liability insurance.

9. Site Conditions and Safety

The client is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area
• Removing personal belongings from work areas
• Ensuring site safety during construction
• Securing proper permits where required

10. Permits and Inspections

UseReno Inc. will advise on required building permits and can assist with the permit application process. The client is ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. Work performed without required permits may be subject to fines or removal orders from local authorities.

11. Communication and Changes

Clear communication is essential to project success. Changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget must be requested in writing and agreed upon by both parties with a signed change order before work commences.

12. Intellectual Property

All photography, project descriptions, and portfolio content on the UseReno website are the property of UseReno Inc. and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UseReno Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
